To deal with the health situation generated by the COVID-19 Pandemic, deep and short-term changes had to be implemented at the intersectoral level. The field of health has been in strong demand, having to reorganize its operating system, prioritize the functions of human resources and implement remote care systems, among other actions, in order to meet the needs of the people. The physical rehabilitation processes developed by Occupational Therapists have not been without changes and new challenges, for the intervention processes and for the training and development of the profession. Based on this, the initiative arises, from the School of Psychology and Occupational Therapy of the Central University of Chile, to carry out an interdisciplinary clinical care strategy and from their respective clinical/teaching care centers. This strategy responds to a pilot program lasting 10 weeks, aimed at people with Post COVID-19/post ICU syndrome, implementing remote disciplinary, interdisciplinary, individual and group care, whose systematization is expected to be an input for the generation of applied knowledge. and theoretical, for the clinical care and training process of new Occupational Therapists.
